"How to be inspired in your daily life."
By: Get Inspired Daily
1. Surround Yourself with Inspiration
One of the easiest ways to be inspired is to surround yourself with things that inspire you. This can be anything from nature to art, music, or even people. Think about what inspires you and make a conscious effort to include it in your daily life. Hang up some inspiring quotes on your walls, listen to music that gets you pumped up, or spend some time in nature to recharge your batteries.
Here are some great wall art prints that I enjoy and suggest:

2. Find Your Purpose
Do you ever feel like you're just going through the motions of life without any real purpose? It's easy to get stuck in this mindset, but finding your purpose can be a huge source of inspiration. Take some time to reflect on what really matters to you and what you're passionate about. Once you have a clear sense of purpose, you'll feel more motivated to take action and make a difference in the world.
3. Read Inspiring Books
There's nothing quite like losing yourself in a good book, especially when it's one that inspires you. Whether you're into self-help books, biographies, or fiction, there are countless books out there that can help you feel inspired and motivated. Here are a few of my personal favorites:
- "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho
"The Alchemist" tells the story of Santiago, a shepherd boy who embarks on a journey to find a treasure he dreamt of. Along the way, he learns important life lessons about following his dreams, taking risks, and trusting his intuition. The book is a philosophical and spiritual tale that encourages readers to pursue their passions and listen to their hearts.
- "Big Magic" by Elizabeth Gilbert
- "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle
"The Power of Now" is a spiritual guidebook that teaches readers how to live in the present moment. Tolle argues that the mind is constantly consumed by thoughts of the past and future, which prevents us from fully experiencing the present. He offers practical advice on how to quiet the mind and find inner peace in the present moment.
- "Atomic Habits" by James Clear
"Atomic Habits" is a guide to creating and sticking to positive habits. Clear argues that small, incremental changes in behavior can lead to big results over time. He offers practical advice on how to identify and change bad habits, as well as how to create and maintain good habits. The book is a practical guide for anyone who wants to improve their habits and achieve their goals.

4. Listen to Inspiring Podcasts
If you're short on time but still want to feel inspired, podcasts are a great option. There are countless podcasts out there that cover everything from personal development to entrepreneurship, and everything in between. Here are a few of my personal favorites:

In each episode, Ferriss interviews a high-performing guest, ranging from athletes to entrepreneurs to artists, to uncover the habits, routines, and tactics that have led to their success. In each episode, Howes interviews a guest who has achieved great success in their field, whether it be business, athletics, or personal development. The podcast is designed to inspire listeners to pursue their own goals and provide practical advice on how to achieve them.
- "TED Talks Daily"
"TED Talks Daily" is a podcast that features audio recordings of the most popular TED Talks. TED is a nonprofit organization that hosts conferences around the world where speakers share their ideas on a wide range of topics, from science to business to culture. The podcast features a new TED Talk every weekday and is designed to provide listeners with thought-provoking ideas and inspiration.

5. Try Something New
Sometimes all it takes to feel inspired is to try something new. Trying something new can be a great way to break out of a rut and find inspiration in your daily life. Whether it's a new hobby, a new skill, or even a new recipe, doing something outside of your comfort zone can be a great way to get your creative juices flowing. Plus, you never know where trying something new might lead you! It doesn't have to be anything major, just something that is different from your usual routine. Here are some examples:
1. Try a new hobby:
Have you always wanted to learn how to paint or play an instrument? Take a class or find a tutorial online and give it a try! Not only will you be learning a new skill, but you'll also be stimulating your creativity.
2. Try a new workout:
If you're used to doing the same workout routine every week, mix it up! Try a new fitness class or activity, like yoga, dance, or rock climbing. Not only will you challenge your body in new ways, but you might also find a new passion.
3. Try a new recipe:
Are you tired of cooking the same meals every week? Look up a new recipe online or grab a cookbook and try something new! You might discover a new favorite dish or ingredient.
4. Try a new route:
If you always drive or walk the same route to work or school, switch it up! Take a different road or path and see what new things you discover along the way.
5. Try a new style:
If you've been wearing the same clothes for years, try updating your wardrobe with a new style or trend. You might discover a new look that makes you feel more confident and inspired.
The key is to push yourself outside of your comfort zone and try something that feels new and exciting. Not only will you feel a sense of accomplishment for trying something new, but you might also discover a new passion or interest that brings more inspiration and joy to your life.
